We understand that quality is one of the most important factors in our customers purchase decision, and that's why we have taken steps to ensure that each and every product that leaves our facility is made to the same high quality standards.

 

IMBC was ISO 9002 certified in 1999, QS 9000 certified in 2003, and ISO/TS 16949 certified in 2005. Above all, we believe  ISO/TS16949 to be the most practical and effective. We use the TS standard to manage  our quality  system as a tool for continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain. We are the first custom extrusion Blowmolder in North America to obtain the automotive certification of TS16949.

Statistical Process Control Chart

 

Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an effective method of monitoring a process through the use of control charts. By collecting readily available data from samples, variations in the process that may affect the quality of the end product or service can be detected and corrected before any waste is produced. This method has a distinct advantage over more traditional quality methods such as inspection, as resource is used for prevention rather than detection. At IMBC we utilize this process to ensure that you are receiving only the best product.
