Modular Cavities and Fast to Market Mold Design
When working with IMBC, your mold investment will be optimized to match your demand requirements. Our innovative modular cavity mold design allows us to reduce mold fabrication lead times to 3 weeks, while the industry norm is 6 weeks. This allows us to match our output capabilities to your production needs at any time.
Carton-less Packaging
IMBC's new carton-less packaging is a prime example of our desire to continually pursue better ways of doing business. Not only is our new initiative more environmentally friendly (due to the reduction of harmful wastes), but it cuts down on production costs (saving you money). The elimination of excess cardboard has allowed for a reduction in cost and a much more environmentally friendly approach.
Design
We utilize our knowledge and experience to reduce the amount of
time it takes to develop and design, enabling us to get to market quicker than anyone else in the industry. We work with our customers to get them exactly what they need. Our capabilities are not limited to that of bottles, we have the ability to construct complex and intricate shapes (such as the hydrant shown below). Our willingness to work alongside the customer with their needs top of mind sets us apart from most in the industry. Although we do not employ an in house design team, we do have some of the industries best working with us to ensure you get exactly what you need every time.
