IMBC Blowmolding Inc. is a Canadian company that was put into operation in 1989 by our current President/Owner, Robert Starr. The company began with just 2 machines running 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We now have access to 17 machines, as well as 4 secondary production lines, running 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, producing over 60 million bottles per year.

 

Our manufacturing and corporate offices are located in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada (just north of Toronto) providing us

with easy access to some of the finest shipping routes in North

America. Our 70,000 square foot facility provides our customers

with some of the most advanced extrusion blowmolding equipment

and processes in the industry.

Carton-less packaging is a prime example of this. Our journey lead

us to find a new more effective way to package our product. The

result was the Carton-less Packaging method. In light of recent

concerns about the environment and as part of a continual effort

to reduce costs, the carton-less method has enabled us to provide

an innovative solution that benefits both our customers and the

global community.

 

Our commitment to total quality extends to all layers of the organization. We were able to raise the bar when it comes to quality in the industry, becoming North America’s first custom extrusion blowmolder to have achieved the ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification.

 

 

We have recently widened our production capabilities to include Stock Molds. Stock molds benefit our customers by allowing them to place orders without having to make the initial investment on the

mold.

 

Clean and Green

Being clean and green is nothing new to IMBC, we have made it a priority since day one. Being environmentally responsible allows us to provide solutions that benefit both our  customers and the global community.

 Reduce, Reuse and Recycle

 

 

· We recycle  and reuse raw materials and colors to minimize

    waste .

· We utilize raw materials coming from blue boxes for specific

     applications.

 

· New carton-less packaging process

· Eliminates 75% of wasteful material generated from

     traditional tray packaging.
